MXL WARRANTY POLICY
MXL is a division of Marshall electronics that is committed to ensuring that customers have the best possible experience with our products. MXL warranties its products for a period of 1 year, from the date of purchase, with a potential extension upon MXL website registration (https://mxlmics.com/register/). Keep your receipt. Warranties are limited to the country and the authorized partner (dealer / distributor) in which the product was originally purchased.
A copy of your receipt or purchase confirmation will be necessary for any warranty claim. Do not send any item without prior authorization from Marshall Electronics or one of our authorized partners. MXL, and/or its authorized repair facility, will repair or replace (at our discretion) any part(s) of the faulty unit which may prove defective under normal use during the warranty time period. MXL warranty does not cover incidental damages due to the use of the unit, nor damage caused by accidental misuse of the product.
Authorized Resellers
MXL manufacturer’s warranty, or rebates, are not offered for products purchased from any seller that is not authorized by MXL. Always check that the seller is authorized by MXL, especially if you are purchasing a product online. To verify the authenticity of an authorized partner, please visit our website at support.mxlmics.com and open a support ticket to verify with one of our representatives.
Additional Warranty Terms & Conditions
- Terms and conditions apply to a New / A-stock purchase from an Authorized MXL partner. B-Stock and refurbished sales are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase. Amazon Warehouse and Amazon Used products are not covered under the MXL Warranty Policy.
- All warranty requests are to be communicated directly to the authorized dealer / distributor from which you purchased the item from. Items are only eligible for warranty support through an authorized partner in the region of the purchase. If you purchase a product in one country and bring it to another country and request service, they will be unable to provide warranty support. You must contact the authorized partner within the country the item was purchased.
- Repair shipping fees will be at the discretion of the authorized partner the item was purchased from.
- A product that does not qualify for Warranty Replacement may be processed via the MXL Product Repair Policy. This choice is at the sole discretion of MXL Technical support and/or the authorized partner the item was purchased from.
- All repairs are subject to parts and material availability.
The following cases are not covered under warranty
- Any non-factory- installed electrical / electronic components.
- Damage or defects due to alteration, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, extremes of temperature, humidity, or abnormal strain.
- Accidental or intentional damage.
- External damage on cable (exposed wirings, cuts, tears, etc.)
- The repair / replacement of expendable maintenance items including, but no limited to, windscreens and screw.
- Cracking or other damage to the finish after seven (7) days of purchase.
- Any damage from accessories (casings, shock mounts, battery, etc.).
- Any item(s) included free on a purchase.
- Sound characteristics (sound is a subjective matter and is not warranted.
- Any item not purchased from an authorized MXL partner or retailer.
